Michele Peters -
Owner & Hair Stylist
Michele is a native to the Carson Valley and started her journey at Drago and Company as a receptionist in high school. She moved to San Diego after high school to be trained at Paul Mitchell the School where she learned top names in the industry on precision cutting and advanced color techniques. Soon after graduating she returned home to pursue her career in our amazing valley and continued her education through Redken, Schwarzkopf, UNITE, and other independent artists. Michele was drawn to Drago and Company because of the emphasis on education and high quality services in a team environment. After being a stylist for 14 years here, her and her husband, Josh, purchased the salon in March of 2021. While she still loves being behind the chair and building relationships with her clients, she is also dedicated to the growth and development of her very talented team.

Jen Krupp - Hair Stylist
Jennifer is a designer at Drago & Company. Jen decided she wanted a change of pace in her life, being born and raised in the Carson Valley, and decided there was no better time than to go to the Paul Mitchell Academy in Sacramento, CA. There she was able to experience the fast paced California life and appreciate the diversity of ethnicity and expand her awareness of people's personalities and how it affects their sense of style. Jen was taught advanced, technical color and cutting. They also taught her how to think outside of the box for those special clients who don't want just the ordinary, which sparks her personality. Jen has been a stylist/designer for 13 years. After finishing school, Jen also has received additional training from Redken and Schwarzkopf as well as other training offered along the way. Jen loves doing hair and enjoys learning about fashion because when fashion changes hair changes. She loves the creativity about doing hair, but mostly enjoys how it makes people feel which means she has done her job. When Jen is not working, she enjoys her time at home with her husband and children.
Erika Thomas -
Hair Stylist
Erika has been a Master Designer at Drago & Company since January 2012. Erika graduated top of her class from The Paul Mitchell School Reno in 2011. She loves working with all walks of life, but her favorite service is creating natural looking color which consists of all over color, grey blending, balayage, foiliage, and highlights. She also enjoys fierce short women’s cuts. Erika’s goal is to give each client a unique and personal experience while sitting in her chair, to make the client feel heard and have clear communication with what they want the end result to be, and most importantly making the client feel beautiful when they walk out the door. She’s always looking forward to seeing current clients who have become friends and meeting new clients she can make memories with.
Donna Wentz - Hair Stylist
Donna was born and raised in the Carson Valley where she graduated from Douglas High School. She attended Carson City Beauty Academy, where she excelled in all areas of study. She began her career in 2012 joining the Drago & Company family. She is enjoying growing her skills and experience and learning from Drago and her peers. She looks forward to continuing to further her education and expanding her clientele.
Laura Brown - Hair Stylist & Lash Technician
Laura Brown is a hairstylist and one of the original eyelash extension specialists at Drago & Company. Laura graduated top of her class from Paul Mitchel the School Reno. She is a home grown stylist beginning her journey at Drago's as the receptionist learning a great deal about the business from her fellow salon family. From starting her journey as a hairdresser she received additional education to become a knowledgeable lash technician. She has a passion for both hair and lashes and hopes to help her clients feel their most beautiful self.
Jennifer Russell - Hair Stylist
Jennifer is a native to San Diego before joining the team at Drago and Company. Although the newest member, she has over 31 years of experience. She received educational training from Vidal Sassoon and loves all things color, cutting and offers keratin blowout treatments. She is excited to grow her clientele at Drago and Company.
Fiona Mora - Hair Stylist & Lash Technician
Fiona was born and raised in the Carson Valley and graduated from Douglas High School. Immediately after high school, she enrolled at Sierra Academy of Style to pursue her dream of becoming a beautician. Fiona joined the Drago & Company team in September 2022. Under the guiding hand of Michele and the other stylists, Fiona is growing her clientele for both hair and lashes. Her goal is to help all clients who sit in her chair enhance self love! She is excited to be a part of such an amazing team and is focused on building positive relationships with everyone she meets along the way.

Marianne Wood-Clark - Advanced Esthetician & Lash Technichian
Graduating from Carson City Beauty Academy in 2010, Marianne has been a licensed esthetician for 12 years. She has committed to gaining experience, education, and certifications to meet the skincare needs for every client. In summer 2022 Marianne received the highest education and license available for esthetics in Nevada, becoming one of the Carson Valley’s first Licensed Advanced Estheticians. Marianne’s passion is in results-driven skin treatments, peels, and facials tailored to fit individual clients' needs, with a specialty in aging skin concerns. And with multiple certifications in brow design, body waxing, and lash modifications, she is here to meet one’s every esthetic need!
Hayley Sampson - Esthetician
Licensed since 2005, Hayley is dedicated to providing professional, relaxing, result oriented services. One of her many passions is for facial massage and incorporating advance techniques into custom facials with hollistic clean skincare. Hayleys core philosophy is to support your skin’s innate intelligence and restore balance while avoiding harmful, unnecessary reactions. From waxing to facials and peels, she will carefully listen to your concerns to ensure you receive attentive, detail oriented service tailored to your individual needs. Hayley is very committed to continuing education, holding various certifications including: facelifting massage certificate, gua sha certification and lymphatic drainage.
irene Wellington - Massage Therapist
Irene is a massage therapist at Drago & Company. After spending 6 years at UC Berkeley in search of something to be passionate about, Irene fell madly in love with horses and spent 35 years on a character-building journey that centered around their care and training. During that time, Irene knew numerous horses that transformed literally physically and in spirit by the use of alternative therapies (chiropractic, massage and energy work such as acupuncture, reiki, and cranial sacral therapy). Early on, Irene began to seek out these same modalities to heal her own aches and pains. The outcome was profound and, as a result, she began studying massage, zero balancing and reiki over 15 years ago. Irene has become immersed in this world of healing, completing the massage program at the Bodhi Tree Center for Healing Arts in 2009, where she graduated and was licensed and nationally certified. Barbara Schmanski - Nail Tech
Barbara has been a manicurist for over 23 years and has been with Drago & Company for the last 17 years. She specializes in manicures, pedicures, natural nail wraps and gels. She strives to have her client'' time with her special and relaxing, free from stress, allowing them to feel unrushed and pampered.
Meaganne Wallace - Front Desk/Management
As a new manager and long-time receptionist, Meaganne started working at Drago & Company over 7 years ago when she was just 16. She helps to manage the salon’s marketing, retail products, hiring and more. She has loved to get to know each and every client and prides herself on knowing most by name.
